Most of my professional career I have worked for "Big Corporate" stacked full of many layers of management which can often make getting things done slow and challenging. BSC being a family owned company I find it refreshing to be able to walk down the hallway and sit down with our owner Greg to hammer out an issue or discuss new opportunities one on one. You typically do not have this kind of access to the final decision maker in the big publicly traded companies. This creates a much more personable work environment.
